The 2018 BIPS Spring Workshop will take place on the afternoon of Thursday 24 May, at the British Academy, 10 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5AH from 12 noon until 5pm.
This annual event showcases the academic research undertaken by recent recipients of BIPS research and travel grants.
A small number of our funded scholars will present papers and answer questions about their recent research. The confirmed speakers and topics for 2018 are:

Dr Moujan Matin (University of Oxford): Nineteenth-century tiles from the Ettehadieh House, Tehran: insights into the technology of production
Shiva Mihan (University of Cambridge): Reconstruction of Two Unsuspected Dispersed Manuscripts
Naciem Nikkhah (University of Cambridge): The Nasir al-Din Shah Album: A Narrative of Collecting from the Mughals to the Qajars
