PERSIKA – A Day of ‘Persian Things’

As part of our Ancient Programme [internal link], BIPS Trustee Professor Lloyd Llewellyn-Jones will be holding a workshop at Cardiff University on Wednesday, 27 November.
Topics being presented range from Persian representation in ancient novels to dating the Book of Esther to gendered notions of the ‘harem.’ To see all the scheduled talks, you can download the full programme here.
