Become a member of the British Institute of Persian Studies.

Membership of the British Institute of Persian Studies is open to all and we welcome new members. All applications for membership are reviewed and approved by the BIPS Governing Council at its meetings three times per year (February, June, October). To submit an application, download the Application form and email it to the BIPS Office together with any relevant supporting documents. Requirements and relevant information are listed in the application form.

The Institute organizes an extensive programme of talks, conferences and workshops throughout the year in the UK and overseas. It publishes its journal IRAN and occasional books in its Archaeological Monographs and Persian Studies Series. Members will also receive regular updates about our activities and the Annual Report. Becoming a member is your chance to support our work and contribute to our efforts to broaden appreciation of the cultural heritage of the Persian world.
